The Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) plays a crucial role in supporting the effective operation and growth of assigned departments within ABC Adult School. This position requires a highly organized, collaborative, and proactive individual who can provide support, administrative assistance, and leadership in various areas. The TOSA will work closely with administrators, teachers, support staff, and community partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality adult education programs.

• Increased ESL students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills by integrating online materials and tailoring lesson plans to student levels.
• Developed and taught ESL curriculum based on state standards and community needs.
