Equipment from 5k to 20k pressure washers, front end loaders, excavators, skid steers, telehandlers and manlifts ranging from 60ft to 180ft in reach, on road vehicle fleet maintenance, preventive maintenance, HCSS equipment tracking, oil analysis, equipment rentals, document control, critical lift plans, etc.
• Monitored equipment and tool inventory to consistent replenishment in alignment with demand.
• Trained team members effectively to maintain consistent productivity.

• Duties include oversight for all maintenance personnel (currently 33); Preventive Maintenance Program for all equipment (currently 225+ units on site) crane reconfigurations, crane inspections and load tests etc
• Because we are constructing a Dam across the Ohio River this is a marine operations project with many Tugs, Crane Barges, Excavator Barges, Concrete Mixer and Placing Barges, Crew Boats, ECT, that I am responsible for maintaining and assuring maximum project availability
• We also precast the concrete shells and piers for placement in the river that make up the Dam structure, with that being said I oversee all maintenance operations on land-based equipment as well.
• Maintained clean and organized facilities.

• Inspected equipment and facilities for signs of wear or damage impacting safety.

• Oversee all phases of crane assembly and disassembly, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and operations for fleet of Manitowoc, Liebherr, Linkbelt, and Terex cranes.

• Performed troubleshooting and diagnostics of malfunctioning equipment, machinery, tools, and components.
