• Designed and fabricated shop tools and fixtures to improve material flow, efficiency, and repeatability in manufacturing processes.
• Conducted mechanical testing for both internal development programs and customer projects at the coupon, sub-scale, and full-scale levels.
• Performed hands-on fabrication of composite structures using a variety of manufacturing methods.
