
I am a young hardworking student who is a Laramie native with more than 5 years of food service experience. I have experience in all sectors of a restaurant and work well with others, but can also work alone if need be. I love learning new thing and love new experience. I regularly pick up shifts and come in if called in, I love being around others and helping others whenever I can!
In my tenure at Chili's I have quite literally done it all. I started as a host and QA while i was in high school(2017-2018), and eventually when I went back in 2021 I started as a cook. I was a BOH co-manager because both of us were still full-time students, and now I am one of the head servers and training bartender.
Worked all sides of the line, mainly ran the grill during lunch and close grill Sunday nights. Usually had to run grill and fry while one person would work pizza, very big on timed drops and making sure the whole tables meals is as fresh as possible. I also worked the pizza line when they would be overwhelmed.
I was the M-F opener, day-to-day looked like opening the whole line. More than usually I was the only cook in shift for lunch. I was in charge of handling out family size meals and these include Chicken Pot Pie, Ratatouille, etc.. Also, I gained plenty of experience using a wood fire oven and making pizzas from scratch.
Fast paced environment where it mostly involved a meat slicer. Handed most of the lunch rushes alone while sending out food accurately.
Greeted customers entering store and responded promptly to customer needs. I was in charge of cleaning restrooms as well as the parking lot.
