Daniel Mihm

As a sound technician I am responsible for mixing the worship music live during service. I have learned to operate the Qu-32C sound board and manage the church's lives-stream. I also work side by side with public speakers and pastors to run soundchecks.

At Associated Auction & Appraisers I learned to appraise furniture and vehicles. I was in charge of organizing estate sales. I also frequently assisted auctioneers during these estate sales. I developed strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.

I worked as an assistant teacher for a special education social studies and history class. I practiced leadership skills and lead multiple lessons. I also worked one-on-one with students as they completed their IEPs.

I was the MC for the homeschool graduation class of 2022. My responsibilities as MC was direct the ceremony and introduce the commencement speakers and graduates.

As a volunteered for Keymar Church we made care packages to hand out to the homeless in downtown Frederick.
