During my tenure, I effectively trained and supervised a skilled team of 20 warehouse staff members, consistently guiding them to meet and surpass scheduled and performance goals. In doing so, I upheld the integrity of warehouse operations while proactively implementing comprehensive safety and security protocols to mitigate liability. My ability to manage shipping and receiving operations efficiently led to the successful handling of over 80,000 packages daily.

In recognition of: The OLAT Outbound team stepped up to help relieve the FedEx Ground network from May 20 to May 23, 2021. The Salt Lake City Hub was behind 72 Inbound trailers. The OLAT Outbound worked 120,000 Salt Lake packages loading pre-load directs to their hub area. This allowed the Salt Lake team to get current. Daniel's hard work helped get the FedEx Ground network back in line. Daniel's efforts helped deliver the Purple Promise taking care of our customers.
