• Manage the production schedule (Input-Output) Reassure we have all the ingredients on-site
• Manage the schedules for Production and sanitation
• Oversee the Quality Assurance Department (SOP’s, CCP’s, Calibration of Equipment, Weigh checks, Hourly Temperature checks, Quat sanitizer hourly checks and Tailer sifting checks.
• Perform visual inspections of all production rooms and provided sanitation instructions as needed daily
Oversee The sanitation Department (Work Hands on with the employees and train them on proper GMP and SOP
• Perform ATP biological test Daily
• Create trainings (1 Point Lessons) and perform the trainings as needed
• Perform Daily meetings with the Teams on performance and give coaching as needed
• Deal directly with The Chemical Company and order the Equipment and chemicals as needed.
• Test the Chemicals daily and train employees on proper usage (PPM)
• Control the SDS “Safety Data Sheets” and update it as needed
• Control the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Master Sanitation Documentation
• Lockout Tag out training
• Input All raw material and finished Goods (Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast Oil, Dough) into WMS and People soft
• Audit preparation (All Production, Quality and Sanitation departments documentation are up to date)
• Quarterly & Yearly reviews
• Payroll (Kronos)
• Create PO’s for all material
