Worked on the live service game Rocksmith+. Available on Consoles, PCs, and Mobile devices.
Feature lead on the First Time User Experience, instrument connection user flow, Tone Library, and Accessibility.
First Time User Experience had a 90% completion rate on both console and mobile.
Connection settings had a 99% completion rate.
Implement static and animated user interfaces utilizing our node-based, visual scripting language, ensuring they are easy to understand, navigate, and convey information for an effective end-user experience.
Provide in-game UI assets to support team-wide project communication, vision, and marketing needs. Building logical UI flows and producing final engine assets.
Execute UI design in the engine with a keen eye for detail, considering the overall art treatment, screen-to-screen UI placement, and data structures while maintaining consistency throughout the project interface.
Contribute to and iterate on creative and technical solutions.

Lead Front-End and a designer on Smart Apply. This was a complete re-design of the job application flow at Indeed.com.
Application completion rates went up 5% after the launch of Smart Apply.
High-quality applications went up by 10%.
Worked across three teams and was responsible for interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping.
Worked closely with the Indeed UX designers, researchers, and engineers on these teams to design and code new user interfaces for upcoming features.
After a successful round of research, the prototype for Smart Apply went into production and I helped oversee front-end development until the launch.
