Responsible for overseeing, evaluating, and supervising the processes and activities of programs that had significance at a statewide level. One of my main duties was to assess the progress of programmatic achievements and identify any areas of weakness that could potentially hinder operational efficiency and service delivery capabilities. Furthermore, I regularly engaged and sought advice from various stakeholders, including agency personnel, state and local officials, other state agencies, external professionals, and the general public. At this level, I had administrative control over the activities of the program team.

Identifies and evaluates quality assurance concerns and suggests suitable remedies. Organizes and facilitates training sessions for healthcare professionals and their teams. Formulates and proposes policies and procedures for the department and ensures their adherence. Conducts on-site assessments of survey results, conclusions, and recommendations. Oversees the maintenance of licenses and storage of records. Prepares written reports to document research findings, recommendations, action plans, and other program-related details. Offers technical guidance and counsel to department administrators to aid in decision-making and issue resolution. Ensures compliance with all relevant federal, state, and agency regulations at the facility.

Assigns general and specific tasks to direct care personnel to ensure the performance of all work required by facility policy. Monitors staff performance to ensure that all work is completed properly and on schedule. Attends and participates in all related in-service training sessions. Writes nontechnical reports documenting consumer behavior and activity. Supervises and participates in recreational and social activities for consumers in accordance with written programs and habilitation plans. Performs routine procedures to determine consumers' level of functioning and overall well-being.

As the Prosthetic Field Team Leader for North Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas, I was responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations and activities in the assigned area. My main focus was to ensure that all field technicians receive the necessary training and education, including ongoing compliance training. By coordinating operation strategies and activities, my focus was to provide exceptional customer service while adhering to regulatory and company guidelines, thus ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In addition to my leadership role, I also played a crucial part in the company's administration by making recommendations and providing guidance. My expertise lies in selling, fabricating, fitting, maintaining, and repairing artificial limbs, plastic cosmetic appliances, and other prosthetic devices as per prescription specifications and under the guidance of a prosthetist. I scheduled appointments with patients to assess their clinical needs and deliver prefabricated orthotic equipment. Furthermore, I am responsible for ordering orthotic fabrication materials from vendors and maintaining inventory of supplies used. One of my key responsibilities was to educate patients on the application, use, care, and expected outcomes of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) products, as instructed by physicians and recommended by manufacturers. By doing so, I ensured that patients were well-informed and could make the most of their prosthetic devices.
