Review client reports and staff internal reports for complete and accurate content.
Issue approximately 30 time sensitive, agreed upon procedures per month.
Deliverables include reports related to the full life cycle of CLO services such as comforting Effective Date Due Diligence and reviewing quarterly payment dates, refinancing and redemptions.
