Conducted thorough research and analysis of project requirements, material costs and labor expenses to ensure accurate cost estimates and bids. Analyzed and compared bids for large commercial projects.

Superintendent - Managed and supervised construction crews and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project requirements. Handled all day-to-day operations with clear communication, successful project execution, and timely issue resolution.
