Love to work with my hands in almost any environment , work well in groups and alone . Being self employed you have to be self drivin. I think its important to be cross trained to know how the hole process works. Having done every facet of construction was a big benefit in growing my business in knowing how the hole puzzle comes together mitigates mistakes and slowing the whole process down.
