  • My Father started S&W in 1978 while he was an LAPD officer. I would ride along and help him fill vending machines on the weekends. Once I reached driving age in 1986 I started doing routes on my own.
  • After graduating from CSUF in 1994, I took on more responsibility. Product ordering, receiving, mechanic, machine install/removal, refurbishing equipment, data entry (Rutherford), counting money, printing and delivering commissions, and route relief.
  • In 2012 my mom was in ill health, so Dad made the decision to sell to Canteen to cash out and take care of mom.
