Started as a cabinet setter / carpet layer and was attending ivy tech in a rv service program and in 1993 was transferred to their factory service center as a service tech dealt directly with customer concerns and repairs earned my rvia certified in 1996 traveled throughout the us working on customer coaches working sales shows traveled to customer homes to repair their coaches on site in 2000 was promoted to foreman and had 10 techs working directly for me in 2006 was promoted to lead shop foreman / assistant service manager had 6 foreman working directly for me and 60 techs duties included assigning work schedules to each foreman and working with customer concerns working with consumer affairs and legal department to try to make a happy customer!
