Additional Information

USAF Veteran, Honorable Discharge 1979

I was hired at Cooper Tools thru Manpower Temp Agency. I started at $8 per hour and worked for 6 months thru Manpower. During that 6 months I learned the majority of the work positions there and excelled dramatically. Due to the minimal hourly wage from Manpower I decided it was in my best interest to look elsewhere for higher paying employment. When I gave my 2 week notice I received a phone message before I completed the 15 minute drive home informing me I had a full time permanent position. Cooper Tools had not hired a full time employee for more than 5 years. Within 18 months of my temporary hire I became the highest paid hourly employee in the building.

I have many years of successful management and supervisory experience of groups from 5 to 150 employees.
