Summary

Whether being in command of the scene of a structure fire, or in an office helping the team use the systems in place to be successful, I enjoy working with the array of personalities and skills people bring with them to the team. With that variety of personalities comes many strengths and some individual weaknesses and I enjoy the challenge of recognizing those traits and maximizing everyone’s potential. I also enjoy the challenge of coordinating multiple resources and directing the efforts of many to achieve a goal. Regardless of the objective, I thrive in collecting the efforts of individuals and transforming it into a successful community endeavor. Respecting the individual team members and a genuine desire for their input will always put an organization on the correct path.
