• Responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and employees by handling a trained working dog. Trained and certified with EDD(Explosive Detection Dog) by the standards of CNCA(California Narcotic Canine Association). Respond to or sweep vehicles, MGMRI executive aircraft, packages, backpacks, mail, containers, rooms, buildings, areas, or other objects as directed that could contain explosive materials. Maintain the canine's proficiency in explosives detection through routine training and certification. Maintain the day-to-day health and welfare of assigned detection dogs, to include maintaining diet, ensuring adequate water throughout the day, and daily health checks and grooming. Corrected problem behaviors through understanding of Pack Dynamics, Canine Psychology and Positive Reward Based Training. Developed and implemented successful strategies for teaching and reinforcing basic obedience commands. Document training records composed daily. Set up training on scenario based and or pattern/productive area reinforcement. Maintain, train, and be heedful of the well being of approximately 24 other working dogs. Conducted training programs to develop or maintain desired animal behaviors. Established and maintained safe and clean working environment for animals. Detailed Lead Officer

• Identify, distribute, and balance workloads and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflow and skill level. Make adjustments to accomplish the workload in accordance with established priorities. Providing input to supervisors and managers concerning a variety of human resources matters including, but not limited to, employee performance, promotions, reassignments, awards, etc. Implementing security screening procedures in accordance with TSA objectives and directives. Assisting with investigations of incidents, and preparing incident reports or other documents that convey required information. Responding to breaches of security and emergency situations. Training team members, monitoring and reporting on the status and progress of work, and representing the team in communications with the supervisor or manager for the purpose of obtaining resources. Coordinated and maintained smooth passenger traffic flow through airport security checkpoints.

Transportation Security officer

• Implements security-screening procedures that are central to Transportation Security Administration (TSA) objectives and that will serve to protect the traveling public by preventing any deadly or dangerous objects from being transported onto an aircraft. Assists in conducting screening of passengers and baggage. Assists in monitoring the flow of passengers through the screening checkpoint to facilitate the orderly and efficient processing of passengers. Maintains close communication with supervisors regarding any issues that might reveal a weakness or vulnerable area of security screening that is discovered in the course of screening duties. Operates basic security. Communicates non-technical information effectively to others equipment such as X- ray machines and hand wands at screening checkpoints. Takes on the role as a Lead Officer. Running lanes making sure checkpoint is ran efficiently. Ability to work independently. Teaching or training adults and utilizing instructional methods in checkpoint setting. Mentoring to address training needs. teaching correct standard operating procedures (SOP). Preparing individuals for testing, including pat downs, bag checks, and SOP requirements. Bike Officer Captain

• Provided clear and decisive leadership by rapidly assessing and responding to changing field conditions. Patrolled the property in an hourly bike rotation of different segments of the property including the parking garages, open parking lots, RV park, and hotel perimeter. Responded and assisted the units inside of the casino when needed. Report any suspicious activity to Security Dispatch. Making contact with guests or patrons upon any security issue. Customer service to guests when they require assistance. Gathering information and generating a report whenever an accident occurred and/or a guest requests to complete one. Escorted and or guided Emergency Medical Services anywhere on the premises. Trespassing suspects when required. Detaining subjects pending Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department response. Followed established security and safety procedures and posted orders to include enforcement of company rules, policies and regulations. Monitored premises and recorded activity in daily officer reports.

Dispatcher

• Addressed problems quickly and reported clear information while working under minimal supervision. Responded immediately to incidents, illegal activities or emergency situations. Observed extensive closed-circuit televisions, fire alarm systems, panic alarm systems and intrusion alarms. Utilized various casino assigned programs to write reports on property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons and unusual occurrences.
