- As a High school Varsity Head Coach at CVLCC high school, we are required to show up hour before each practice
- Setting up the field and making sure we have our session planned out
- I also required to implement a strong curriculum that I have learned throughout my time coaching and be able to step up into a leadership role to teach my junior varsity and assistant coaches more about coaching and implement my style of coaching
- Even to teach the young men of CVLCC high school to be adults and it more than just a game
- I show them respect and set a very high standard that I implement to the varsity team they also have curriculum, but we hold the players accountable for their mistakes and their poor attitude at times even their grades are important if they don't have grades they will not practice or play
- I go through the philosophy of playing soccer, and I level it down for the players to understand
- High school there are so many different mindsets and the maturity level teaches young men how to play the game is hard to implement but showing them in different ways they understand helps them
- Not only is this a great learning experience for me, but it is also a great way for me to give back to the community of Chula Vista as I hope to win a State Championship at this high school

- After I cleaned by assigned buildings I used to take the staff golf cart to gather up all the trash from each building in the school and take it to the biggest trash bin and drop off all the trash and recycling there
