I’m a hardworking and motivated chef with 7 years of hands-on kitchen experience, starting at 15 and working my way up to management at The Water Tower Grille. I’ve done it all — dishes, fry station, grill, window/QB — and I’ve never been afraid to get my hands dirty and put in the work.
I learn fast, adapt quick, and always make sure quality never takes a backseat to speed. Whether I’m leading the line or training new staff, I bring energy, focus, and a mindset of constant growth. I’ve helped streamline kitchen flow, source local ingredients to cut costs, and deliver dishes that not only taste great but look clean and professional.
I take pride in what I put out, but I’m never fully satisfied — I always see room to improve and push my craft further.
