About myself

One of my core beliefs is to "get comfortable being uncomfortable." Since life is full of unpredictable situations, being able to adjust to situations and training myself to become comfortable in uncomfortable conditions is a large part of who I am. Learning how to adapt to change, I believe, is vital to growth and allows me to continue to improve myself. One way I train myself to face adversity is through exercising; this could either be by going to the gym, running, jump-roping, or engaging in physical activities like basketball. I believe the discipline of exercising and keeping yourself physically fit is an essential part of being agile in life so that you can face discomfort and resistance mentally and physically. When your mind tells you that you cannot go any further, I love the satisfaction I get from going the extra mile and proving myself wrong.
