• Supervise paintball sessions and ensure the safety of all participants
• Lead a team of referees and coordinate game play
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns
• Enforce safety rules and regulations, including proper equipment usage and field boundaries

• Train new referees and provide ongoing support and guidance to the team

• Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and storage

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring
product levels
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store, including merchandising and
visual displays
