Daniel Young

Passionate and hard-working individual with a big heart for missions and for training and equipping young people to defend their Christian faith. While I've never taught before in a traditional classroom setting, I have extensive experience leading and mentoring teens from 12+ nations, coaching students of all ages through the sport of tennis, and investing into young people as a youth leader for the last 2 years.

• Responsible for assisting Youth Pastor with curriculum development, leading small group discussions, coordinating, planning, and setting up activities

Intern , Ultimate Impact Tennis Academy, 03/2015 to current,

• Leading and mentoring students from 12+ nations. transportation of students to/from local high schools, helped paved the way/built partnerships for future exploration trips in Colombia and Ecuador, vehicle cleaning and maintenance, groundskeeping, caring for animals, etc.

• 8 mission trips to South America (Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia) where I served at churches, orphanages, bilingual schools, and various mission organizations
• Traveled to 5 different continents and competed in ITF semi-pro tennis tournaments in various countries
• Completed Spanish 1, Spanish 2, and Spanish 3 to increase my communication abilities and understanding of Spanish culture
