Owner of a Pilates studio that offers private and semi-private classes for people of all ages to help them achieve their goals whether it is for strength, balance, flexibility or a mix of all those physical attributes. Leveraging my comprehensive Pilates instructor certification from Balance Body, I tailor training programs to the needs and capabilities of my clients. I am fluent in English and Spanish and can therefore teach in both languages.

Develop and track personalized training programs for amateur athletes who wish to either do their first Ironman or improve their performance. The Ironman consists in swimming, running and biking and the training programs are built to ensure optimal results in all 3 disciplines. Using an online app, customized trainings are sent each day and athletes fill in their results as they complete their activities. Results and progress are being discussed during individual sessions.

Accountable for managing payroll for 400 Pfizer colleagues and benefits and headcount through PEOPLESOFT HR CRM. Also responsible for providing language training benefits to expats and local employees using 3rd party vendors or freelancers. I was in charge of organizing the vacation plan for kids of Pfizer employees which included finding a suitable 3rd party to accommodate for about 120 children for daily activities based on strict safety and security requirements. Finally, I was also the right hand of the HR director and supporting that person for English translations.

Accountable for teaching English to about 40 children from grade 1 to grade 7 based on a structured curriculum provided by the school.

Reporting to the HR director, responsible for the coordination of team meetings and activities, management of PEOPLESOFT HR CRM, budget reconciliation and inventory management.
