Salutations! My name is Daniela Montes De Oca and I hail from Ponte Vedra, Florida. As far as I can remember, I have always been drawing. As of now, I am a recent graduate from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn as I majored in BFA in Communications Design with an emphasis on Illustration.

My approach in projects is to curate complex ideas to only further filter them into images that are easy to understand and digest through visual hierarchy and grids. I also have a tendency to have a scientific approach onto my works which reflects my interest of the scientific world. This can be perceived as the result of having parents who are chemistry and biology teachers. I am always eager to learn new concepts and will always push myself to give it my all.
