- As the OP Department Manager, my main role is to provide direct support to three OP Supervisors and, on average, 30 to 35 CM/CBRS/PS staff in implementing, managing, and maintaining OP standards of care based on OPTUM requirements. We are now implementing OP Standards, governed by Magellan.
- I coordinate and set up the initial services for clients with the company for CM/CBRS and PS services.
