Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review new applications submitted via recruitment portals, website, email, or from telephone inquiries, and conduct screening calls
- Assist with human resource processes, work eligibility, and compliance follow-ups
- Conduct benefits review and administration processes (health insurance, paid leave, unemployment compensation, etc.)
- Assist with operations-related tasks including billing and payroll support as required.
- Answer questions, transfer calls and take messages as appropriate
- Perform data entry relating to staff profiles and availability for new hires within the operating software system.
- Act as a key point of coordination between office and support services from central office in Texas
- Availability for on-call shift rotations.
