Training and developing the team. As an assistant manager i balance alot of different tasks within the store. Closely working with the team, cashing out, customer service, cleanliness of the store aswell as at times stay on alert for posible non customers.


Always working hand in hand with current AP’s to ensure correct practices, staying active on the BOLO chat on teams. Always staying vigilant and distinguishing between shoppers and shoplifters.
