Roles

• To supervise programmes that educate the young and general public on economic, social and political liberty;
• To supervise arrangements, organization and coordination of conferences, seminars, workshops, outreach, dialogue, debates, trainings and forums concerning in promotion of liberty and prosperity for the flourishing society;
• To administer publications and circulation of periodicals, journals, books, pamphlets, leaflets, or other documents concerning right to own property, free market, limited government, rule of law, peace and harmony;
• To coordinate outreaches events in various universities, schools, and the public in general with the ringing of liberty;
• To organize and coordinate charities;
• To organize, coordinate and supervise trainings, capacity building and mentorship to students, entrepreneurs, journalists, and policy makers;
• To administer the use of mass media, such as Radio, TV and social networks to raise awareness and interest of citizens about liberty and free market ideas.

Roles

• Engagement with the Trade Union on matters of Employee's welfare;
• Providing guidance to the HODs of how to handle Grievance at level of department;
• Providing legal advise to the Disciplinary Hearing Committee before decision being taken;
• To raise awareness to the workforce on Management topical issues by visiting the toolbox meeting;
• To review and update the Employee's welfare policies and the penal policies;
• Engagement with the Labour offices when issues arise;
• Engaging with Workers Compensation Fund on compensation of work related diseases contracted by the company's employee

Achievements;

• Championed the amendment of the Disciplinary Code by alligning it with the requirements of the Tanzanian Labour Laws;
• Advise the company and represent the company on settling labour issues that if prolonged would cost the company's monies and reputation;
• Championed the review of all policies related to recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, leave, confidentiality and grievance.
• Managed to establish a strong link with WCF as the result the company has been exonerated from liability of providing medical cost to the ex-employee.

Roles

• Perusing the Police Investigation Report Files to find whether there is offence committed;
• Preparing Charges against the accused;
• Attending Criminal session at the Court of Law
• writing legal opinion to the DPP, when controversial arise when charging the accused.

Roles

• Drafting of legal documents to be used in conveyancing, registration of companies, trademarks and patents;
• To conduct legal research for relevant legal authorities to be used in litigation;
• To assist in legal compliance like updating companies registered at BRELA;
• assist in liquidation of companies;
• Attending Cases at CMA;
