Reports to Accounting Controller/Supervisor as well as the CFO. Responsible for:

• Match the invoice with purchase orders to receiver and enter voucher information into Chempax/DataCor module for payments (AP)
• Prepare and maintain important financial reports
• Prepare journal entries, and perform general ledger account reconciliations, research, and variance analysis
• Support internal audits to verify accuracy of record, risk management, and accountability for physical and financial assets
• Provide support for financial statement preparation for multiple cost centers and programs
• Audit expense reports to ensure compliance with company's policy
• Assist Accounting Controller in weekly disbursements
• Assist with various other general accounting tasks as needed, with continuous improvement of accounting and system processes

Responsibilities included:

• Managed inventory communication documents between buyers and sellers
• Assisted and managed with order fulfillment along with customer service returns daily
• Organized all returns and refilled stock management
• Assisted Fab'rik Manager with donation sorting when necessary

Reported directly to the owner. Responsibilities included:

• Opening of store for daily operations
• Answered product related with up-to-date knowledge of sales and store promotions
• Answered and assisted customers calling in for information, and continuously being present and greeting customers
• Maintained established merchandising standards, including windows, sales floor, and promotional displays

Reporting to the owner of the restaurant. Responsibilities included:

• Greeting customers and making them feel comfortable
• Provided realistic expectations of timing (seating and food delivery)
• Managed the priority of customers seating based on party size and availability of seating
• Displayed a sense of urgency and customer care to create a great customer experience
