As a dining room manager at Bella Terra, I am responsible for ensuring all of the residents in the three different areas of the building (Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care) have a pleasurable dining experience. My duties include resolving customer complaints, monitoring service times, planning events accordingly, making a weekly schedule for serving staff, and aswell as managing behind the scenes to make sure that food and beverage service runs smoothly.

As a Lead Server at Bella Terra, I was responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. I was also responsible for training new servers, maintaining proper dining room set up, assisting in special events, monitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area cleanliness and readiness standards.
