• Works cooperatively with medical providers and personnel to carry out goals and objectives of MHHC according to established policies and procedures.

• Participate in trainings/meetings to develop an understanding of contracts and other compliance, quality, risk management related program requirements.

• Assists Quality Improvement, Compliance, Meaningful Use and Risk Management activities and associated reports for their assigned program.

• Work with EMR and other software systems, utilizing all for monitoring quality processes, compliance and risk management.

• Provide scorecards/detailed patient lists/clinical encounter data for purposes of provider rounding/peer review, routine chart audits, etc.

• Validate clinic measure results in EMR and outside software to assist in identification of inaccurate data.

• Develop Nd generate reports from Business Objectives, DRVS, EMR, etc.

• In conjunction with the Chief Operations Officer, develop an understanding of and review UDS clinical measures data and patient lists. Provide patient lists to Clinic Managers/providers as requested.
