Ive learned working in the manufactory business that some can be just for production thinking of only about parts which is great but if not for The people on the floor things just don't work its self. All the workers on the floor help make that happen and some go beyond their job description and sometimes never get a pat on the Job well done. Now I do know its a paid job but its nice to feel appreciated for putting in the work going harder than usual. On top of assisting crew members get to were they need to be. Even though Im a ATL I still get on the floor and help my guys out . Teamwork Always make the Dream Work and makes the shift go buy a lot smoother and quicker.
