I am the lead lab tech cross trained for all areas of a plasma donation. I greet and screen donors to determine qualification for donations. I set up plasma machines, prep donors, perform phlebotomy steps and disconnect donors from the machines. I process the bottles of plasma, ensuring the correct samples were collected and timelines for all steps were followed. I was also responsible for packing and shipping frozen plasma units and samples. I took on the responsibility of receiving and organizing the warehouse and supplies
