As a member service representative 2, I had more leadership qualities. I helped test new applications before we went live with them. I was a mentor for new employees, I helped train people in for their positions whether they worked in my office or one of the other five branches, I took phone calls and helped people with their financial needs or concerns. I had select members who would refuse to go to any other worker, other than myself. I am nice, kind, very patient and open and nonjudgmental.
I am a fast learner and a hard worker I pay attention, I am reliable and flexible I know certain applications in Windows, what I do not know I am very open and willing to learn I am able to communicate well and listen well
