  • Oversee 7 offices with over 80 employees, 18 different physicians and 5 different departments
  • Oversee the clerical, clinical, billing and operations of all 7 offices
  • Responsible for interviewing and hiring of all new employees
  • Responsible for all disciplinary actions required for the entire staff including terminations
  • Coordinate/Manage all schedules for the physicians in the offices, testing schedules in the offices and physicians in the hospitals
  • Work closely with each of the physicians to ensure they are keeping up with their licenses as well as CME credits
  • Works closely with the Corporate Operations team to ensure compliance is met across all offices
  • Develop and implement all office policies and workflows to ensure all offices are running efficiently
  • Perform audits daily on office staff and or physicians’ desktops
  • Assist HR with staff questions or concerns in regards to health benefits, paid time off, pensions and payroll
  • Monitor weekly, monthly and yearly compliance, operation and office specific reports/audits and ensure all changes and or corrections are made accordingly

Accomplishments

  • Over the past several years I have helped lead both our Yardley (Cost Center) office and the OCC (Original Cost Center/ Philadelphia Offices) through some of the most challenging times in Healthcare. I implemented a Call Center in our Yardley office and helped implement another Call Center in our OCC cost center. The Yardley Cost Center was the lead office to take on the new system Phreesia. My team and I implemented this system effortlessly. I oversaw the construction and implementation of the new PET center in Yardley and also the construction and implementation of the Nuclear center in Roxborough. I have been a strong component in helping Yardley build back a strong running practice after their separation from Aria and Covid.
