• Conduct quality inspection on incoming materials and finished product for wet plant, dry plant, and loadout.
• Calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements and results.
• Document test results and maintain detailed records.

Dry Plant Operator

• Start up, shut down, and manage various aspects of dry plant, including dryers, rotex screens, conveyors, and bag house.
• Continuously monitor temperatures, moisture, feed rates, and burner settings to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
• Make adjustments as needed to optimize production.

Loadout Operator/Sub. Supervisor

• Operate equipment such as conveyors and computer systems to load finished products into trucks.
• Operate various machinery and conduct basic preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Accurately record information on truck tickets, complete shift reports, and input data into computer systems.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, ensure all team members wear required PPE, and maintain housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with truck drivers, team members, other operators/supervisors, and maintenance staff to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.

Warehouse Hand

• Safely and efficiently ensure inventory is up to date.
• Report any unfound, misplaced, or mislabeled inventory.
• Maintain housekeeping in warehouse.

Other Duties

• Assist with other plant operations and/or maintenance tasks as directed.
• Assisted in training new operators on safety protocols and operational procedures.

• Customer service to horse owners
• Send billing invoices to clients, record finances paid.
• Keeping record of services provided to clients
• Schedule inbound and outbound horses to location, as well as scheduling and providing reminders of upkeep services.
• Ground work horses
• Saddle, unsaddle, cool down, wash, feed, and water horses
• Housekeeping on stalls, water troughs, and feed bins.
• Load and haul hay as needed
• Maintain horses visual appeal
