To whom it may concern, It is with great enthusiasm that I am responding to the job opening of Administrative Assistant for the Treasurer/Clerks department. My ten plus years of combined employment and progressive college education lend to my abilities to adapt and be highly proficient in performing accounting, administrative and clerical duties to assist and support office staff. While working with the public, I provide the highest quality customer service including resolutions, collections, maintaining daily office communications, office flow coordination and processing daily reports, calendars and schedules while adhering to confidentiality for patient/customer files such as HIPAA. Since 2021, I have utilized my accounting knowledge to manage my husband's side business using accounting software to manage invoices, to track and reconcile accounts and prepare reports. Currently, and for the last three years, I have been a certified Ed tech 2 (requiring 60 college credits) at our local school department.
