• M.I.N.E District Facilitator—2019 - Provided Professional Development to district teachers about installing the academic core into the District M.I.N.E model (Modern, Innovative, Nurturing, Education). Provided instructional strategies for engaging students in all content areas.
• MTSS Team — 2017-2021 Served as one of two general education teacher representatives from my school, attended MTSS state and district level trainings, evaluated our schools MTSS fidelity and created an implementation plan to increase fidelity and effectiveness of interventions and services.
• Core Four District Facilitator—2016 Facilitated professional development sessions to elementary teachers in the district to incorporate and adapt resources that align with student outcome and state standards.
• Tech Apprentice/Master — 2015-2021 Participated in a district badge program in which I attended professional development on using technology in the classroom, vetting online tools and resources, teaching online safety and digital footprints. Collaborated with other elementary teachers to teach 21st century skills and Information and Technology Essential Standards. Given a Chromebook cart by the district to facilitate and implement my training in the classroom. Facilitated building level Tech Playground professional development opportunities for staff to choose digital tools and apps to learn about (2017-2019).
