Medical Oncology – Leadership, MyMichigan, Saginaw MI, (200 hours)

• Provided direct care for patients undergoing chemotherapy, and immunotherapy in a combined med-surg/oncology unit
• Managed high-acuity caseload of 4–5 patients with complex needs including post-op recovery, sepsis, CHF exacerbations, and diabetes management alongside oncologic diagnoses
• Performed frequent head-to-toe assessments, IV medication administration (including antibiotics, and blood products), wound care, Foley catheter insertion/removal, NG tube management, and central line care (PICC, implanted ports)
