• Develop and implement assessments of individuals and families also known as the AOCS (Assessment of Child Safety) to create ISPs (Individualized Service Plans) for both children and families to secure a safe and healthy continuous environment within a minimum amount of time. This is to include foster family safety assessments. In addition to completing ICPC (Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children).
• Provide individuals with prevention and response programs, sexual assault prevention, child abuse, and neglect investigations, adoption services, foster care services, referrals with adequate concerns for others, court liaison, group home and shelter services, volunteer program activities as well as permanency planning.
• Provide consultations to families of completed caseloads pertaining to behavioral or psychosocial services. This includes court-ordered service evaluations, plans, and resolutions ordered by the court.
• Implement and develop healthy, stable, relationships safe for both children and families during the permanency planning process. I listen to the voice of children and advocate for youth and all families as they navigate the permanency process.
• Provide expert decision-making by identifying the root causes of problems, identifying the alternatives, analyzing consequences and desired outcomes, and making the best choice for the children and families on a day-to-day basis.
