Years of Professional Experience
The role of an educational leader is to make decisions that prioritize students' academic, social-emotional, and physical well-being. This is best accomplished through collaboration with all stakeholders working toward the common goal of ensuring student success that extends beyond the classroom, school walls, and graduation. My duty as a leader is to empower teachers to employ best instructional practices that embrace differences, promote professional growth among teachers, and increase learning outcomes for students. My leadership is rooted in a fierce commitment to serving with integrity, transparency, humility, adaptability, and a teachable spirit, all of which contribute to a learning community where every member feels seen, heard, and valued, and can thrive in their own unique way.
