Danielle is principal at Pinkston Law Group, P.C., a boutique law office, founded in 2010 immediately after becoming an attorney with the understanding that failure was not an option. Danielle has served numerous clients in state, federal, and appellate courts. Noteworthy victories have been willing but not collecting a $6.4 million dollar jury verdict in a malicious prosecution case on February 21, 2021; being co-counsel in a case that settled for more than $525,000.00 in an excessive force case.
