OFFICE MANAGEMENT/EXECUTIVE SUPPORT

  • Daily operations management and support for Executives, office staff, vendors, contractors, and community
  • Daily Accounts receivable, invoicing and collections

  • Promote San Jose events to all downtown office and retail establishments by managing marketing collateral and distribution
  • Confirm dates, times, locations, sponsors, f.a.q.s to designers for event signage, once proof is finalized get all artwork to printers for all event collateral.
  • Coordinate with vendors and USPS to print & ship large scale mailings
