• As a Barista, my job duties are to prepare hot and cold beverages. Prepare hot and cold foods. Cash handling. Multi-tasking. Taking multiple drink orders at once. Cleaned counters, machines, utensils, and seating areas daily. Trained new team members with positive reinforcement and respectful, encouraging coaching. Pleasantly interacted with customers during hectic periods to promote fun, positive environment.

As a shift manager, my job duties were to maintain a crew of 10 employees, and made sure they were operating productively and working on task to meet business and customer needs. I would open the store and run the reports from the day before, making sure the numbers added up to what is on the report. I would take phone orders for pick up or delivery, making sure to answer the phone with great customer service. I handled customer complaints in a mature, calmly manner. I ordered produce, and also put away freight, making sure all items were accounted for. I rolled out the pizza dough, since our dough was made fresh everyday. I cleaned the pizza ovens every few weeks, making sure the oven was not getting built up. Made cash deposits. Covered call-ins.
