Developed, deployed and maintained relevant professional development for all staff including teachers, administrators and support staff. Developed, administered and updated complete educational program serving more than 900 students in areas of English Language Arts, Religion, Math and Science. Tailored instruction to provide access and inclusion for children with special learning needs. Liaison between Catholic School and Public School for Title I and II expenditures. Worked with school administrators to develop courses and schedule students using PowerSchool. Met with vendors to check available curriculum plans and related materials supporting course objectives. Led team of teachers to design and implement curriculum in grades K-12. Facilitated PLCs and data gathering to convey policy changes and hear employee input. Guided instruction by developing a mentor teacher program to improve leadership and teaching effectiveness. Coordinate NWEA MAP tests and trained teachers to utilize data for instruction. Worked with Western Montana Catholic School leadership to write a grant and purchase technology for all schools. Regularly attend Committee and Board meetings. Assessed personnel needs within the department and recruited qualified candidates when necessary, and offer relevant training. Plan and develop PIR days for all Montana Catholic Schools.

Instructed upwards of 140 students each school year in standard and advanced middle school Mathematics, History and Geography at the 7th and 8th grade levels. First to implement Montana Content Standards in the mathematics classroom. Achieved consistent growth on MAP scores among mathematics students on a yearly basis. Served on Technology Committee, Five Year Planning Committee, Social Committee, and Text Book Selection Committee for all levels of Mathematics within Billings Public Schools. Coached Math Club and Coordinated Geography Bee. Supervised student teachers and junior field students.
