  • Designed, developed, and engaged with key stakeholder to implement staffing approach for stores following store closures as result of COVID-19. Created staffing tools to operate outside of current tools, to ensure agile workforce was in place to operationalized store teams.
  • Delivered a flexible Nordstrom & Nordstrom Rack Store re-opening staffing model that supported the business based on evolving and uncertain nature of COVID-19 regulations within the retail environment. Built a repeatable process that could be shaped to fit each market local jurisdictions.
  • Worked cross functionally with the C-Suite & Executive team members in partnerships with the program management office to drive staffing model from implementation, through making decisions with external and internal insights, and strategic facilitation capabilities.
  • Worked cross-functionally with executive stakeholders, Compensation, Benefits, Finance, Leasing, Workforce Planning, and Communications to support the closure of 12 Nordstrom & Nordstrom Rack stores. Lead change-management in a fast-paced environment, operating under a shorter timeline and with less resources in wake of COVID-19.
