● Assists office staff with phone calls answers Waterford 3 messaging system requests, maintains Operations Room files and records, and incident report requests

● Assists with preparing annual EMPG and SHSG funding requests and maintaining monthly voucher forms to the state
● Maintains manual as well as automated filing systems, acts as custodian of departmental documents and records
● Schedules appointments, takes dictation, composes, and types correspondence, reads and routes incoming mail, prepares outgoing mail, and ensures proper disposition. Attends meetings and takes dictation when required
