I'm not entirely sure how to sum up me. IF I had to though It'd probably be my core values. They are the lens in wich I view the world and the light that guides me to making decisions. I believe In loyalty, and integrity above all else. I think the easiest way to show these are with experiences Iv'e had here at our company. Loyalty- When Joe was accused of accidently misusing the company card this year I didn't say damn that sucks good luck, I thought about it and told him to go back to the shop and have them print a second reciept. I did it because I honestly consider him a friend, and because I didn't want our company to lose one of its hardest working team members.
Integrity- I believe we should always strive to do the right thing, whenever I make a mistake on site I will always be the first to inform justin or Richard., that I've made a mistake. usually followed up by how can I fix it and in some cases let me pay for it. I don't play dumb or try and blame it on others because I see it as the best way to improve myself.
So in conclusion I think I could be an asset to the office, I have a pretty good baseline knowledge of the computer side of things, I am already familiar with how our company operates, the standard of qualty that we strive for, and I have field experience so I am familiar with the materials we use, many of the contractors we employ, and every member of our team. I'm still not sure what the position it is that I might be filling but I hope and pray that you will consider me for this incredible opportunity.
An example of this process in motion would be meeting in the morning and finding finding out we are going to be constructing the framing of a roof that day. we would discuss what materials we are going to use how we are going to build it. after we had a plan of action we would pick up any supplies we needed, and begin constructing it. During the building process we would often come across unforeseen dilemmas at which point we would reconvene and formulate a new strategy to get the job done.
