Front Desk Receptionist
- Greet visitors, residents, and families, answer their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures and maintain a visitor log
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and return calls. Handle inquiries about the facility and residents.
- Handle mail, faxes, and deliveries. Perform clerical duties such as copying, filing, and data entry.
- Schedule appointments for residents, such as with medical staff or therapists.
