Functions as Academic Faculty in the Pediatric and Pediatric Psychiatric Concepts Instructional Module. Presents approximately 60-70 hours of didactic content annually, including didactic evaluation through examination. Theory content includes the Pediatric Psychiatric Concepts presented in the course. Participates in approximately 300-400 hours of clinical experiences annually, specifically in the community component of the course. Continues to mentor new faculty to teaching.

• Mentored faculty on various aspects of nursing education including Lenburg's COPA model, exam blueprinting, Board of Nursing Rules and Regulations for Nursing Education and DEC's.
• Evaluated faculty performance in both didactic and clinical areas.
• Facilitated continuous evaluation & revision of the course based on both student and faculty evaluation.
• Managed Course Materials, including Course Calendar, Clinical Schedule, and Course Syllabus.
• Participated in committee work including Curriculum Committee, Curriculum Redesign Team and Recruitment and Retention Council as well as Ad Hoc and Subcommittees.
• Engaged annually in scholarly activities which included pediatric presentations and item writing.
• Contributed to resolution of problems that involved faculty, students or both by utilizing effective communication techniques.

• Responsible for functioning as the point person for communication / organization of the Pediatric Nursing Course.
• Presented approximately 80-120 hours of didactic content annually, including didactic evaluation through examination.
• Participated in 600-720 hours of clinical experiences annually, including acute care, community care, and laboratory settings.
• Oversaw development of course materials.
• Mentored new faculty to teaching role.
